Question and Answer advice and clarification on TTR rules.

Q   Can someone run more than once for the same team?
A   No - because there is a risk of an unfair advantage

Q   Can someone run more than once for another team?
A   Yes - because there is not any significant risk of an unfair advantage. TTR 'Entries' must be notified of any consequential change of team categories.

Q   Can incomplete teams run?
Yes - but they must start with stage 1 and then run consecutive stages. Incomplete teams will still be ranked in the finish order after the last complete team, and will receive their stage times, and be entitled to collect six TTR  mementos (from the Finish area).

Q   Why can a 15 year old run stage 3 but runners have to be 16/17 or over for all the other stages?
A   Stage 3 qualifies as a road surface but the others do not. See  appropriate ARC Rules.
