Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to draw your club’s attention to the “Run for wildlife” that will take place at RSPB Lakenheath Fen nature reserve in West Suffolk on Sunday September 11th at 11am. I would be very grateful if you could circulate this message to any members of your club that you think might be interested in taking part. There will be three courses, a 2km, a 5km and a 10km. It is a sponsored run with all of the money going directly towards wildlife conservation. However, if you do not have enough time to get sponsored, a suggested donation of £10 to the RSPB would be greatly received on the day.
If you are interested in taking part, or would just like more information, please do not hesitate to give us a ring on 01842 863400 or e-mail us on lakenheath@rspb.org.uk. Once you have got in touch, we will send you a registration form and a sponsor form if you require it.
